To speed things up, include
- 1the order number, if it is about a purchase;
- 2the country you bought from;
- 3the module's name and version;
- 4the error reference the bot showed (e.g. 3f2a9c1e), if any;
- 5what you expected and what happened.
Response times
We reply within 2 business days in most cases, and within 5 business days for refunds. Privacy requests: within 15 days in Brazil, 45 days in the United States and 30 days in other countries.
