Terms of Service

By visiting the store, signing in or completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Ticking the acceptance box in the cart before paying confirms that agreement for that purchase.

Realms Store is the store; Realms Modularity is the Discord bot module project sold in it. Realms Store is run by an individual based in Brazil — “we” in this document.

We sell to customers in any country, except where applicable law or our payment partners do not allow it. Rights granted by law — such as the right of withdrawal or rights over personal data — follow the law that applies to your situation, which is usually the law of the place where you are.

A section that applies in one place only is marked Brazil only, United States only or Other countries. Where a section applies everywhere but differs in some detail, the difference is stated in the text itself.

Realms Modularity is a Discord bot you host yourself, extended by independent modules (tickets, moderation, economy and more). The store sells:

• Module licences — the right to use a module on your bot;
• Slots — how many Discord servers a licence can serve at once;
• Subscriptions — licences renewed automatically every period;
• Downloads and keys — files and codes delivered to your account.

Realms Modularity is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Discord Inc.

Your Realms account is your Discord account: you sign in through Discord's official login and there is no separate password. You are responsible for everything done with it and for keeping your Discord account secure.

You must be at least 13 — Discord's minimum age, or your country's minimum age if it is higher — and, if you are under 18, make purchases with a parent or guardian's permission.

When you buy a module, you receive a licence to use it — not ownership of the software. The licence lets you install and run the module on your own bot, for the term and number of servers chosen at purchase. It is personal, non-exclusive and tied to your account.

Unless the product page says otherwise, a licence may not be transferred, resold or shared with another account.

You also may not:

• sublicense, rent or distribute modules, files or keys;
• decompile, deobfuscate or modify protected modules, except where the law expressly allows it;
• bypass, remove or deceive licence checks, slots or any technical protection;
• use the platform to break Discord's Terms, the law or anyone's rights.

Each slot lets you run the module in one Discord server at a time. The number of included slots is shown on the product page and recorded on your licence.

• Included slots — the ones that come with the licence at purchase;
• Additional slots — can be bought later to run the module in more servers, at the price and for the term shown at purchase;
• Moving servers — where the bot's panel offers it, you can free up a slot and use it in another server.

Running the module in more servers than your slots cover is not allowed; in those servers, the licence check may block the module.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed by partners; you finish the payment on the partner's secure page, and Realms never sees or stores your card or bank details.

Coupons have their own rules and validity, cannot be combined unless stated and cannot be exchanged for cash. Fees or taxes charged by your bank or payment method (such as Brazil's IOF, or currency conversion fees) are your responsibility.

Where the store passes on the payment method's fee, it appears as a separate line in the order summary, with its exact amount, before you confirm the payment, and it is already included in the total charged.

Offers marked as subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown before you buy.

You can cancel at any time in My account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid.

If a renewal cannot be charged, the licence may be suspended until the payment is sorted out or the subscription is cancelled. If a subscription's price changes, we will let you know before the first charge at the new price.

Digital products are delivered to your account as soon as the partner confirms the payment — usually within seconds, though Pix and fraud checks can take longer. Everything you bought is in My library.

To activate a module, you connect your Realms account to your bot and assign the licence to the servers you want through the bot's panel.

The full rules are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short:

• In Brazil: you can withdraw from a purchase within 7 days where the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Defence Code (art. 49) applies, in addition to the other rights the Code provides;
• In the United States: refund and cancellation rights may depend on federal law, the law of your state and the circumstances of the purchase. The Refund Policy explains what the store offers;
• In other countries: the mandatory rights of your country's law apply, in addition to the Refund Policy;
• In every country: we consider a full or partial refund when a module does not work as described and we cannot fix it, when you were charged in error, or when the product was not delivered.

When a refund is approved, the licence, slots and keys from that purchase are revoked.

You may not use the store, the platform or the modules for spam, fraud, harassment, hate speech, malware, improper data collection, attacks on services or any unlawful activity. Testing or exploiting vulnerabilities without permission is forbidden — if you find one, tell support.

To protect licences — including yours — paid modules use technical measures that confirm each bot is running a valid licence, within its term and the slots purchased.

To do this, the bot checks in with the platform regularly and sends only what is needed to validate the licence:

• the bot installation's identifier;
• the IDs of the Discord servers where modules are active;
• which modules and licences are in use.

Licence verification is not used to collect messages, members or other content from your servers. How this data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Unless a product states otherwise, the bot runs on your own infrastructure, and keeping that infrastructure working — server, connection, database — is your responsibility. You are also responsible for:

• keeping your bot token and server credentials safe;
• following Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
• the data your bot processes in your servers and the rules you set for them;
• keeping the bot and its modules up to date to receive security fixes.

We work to keep the store and services running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, of the platform or of your bot. Modules may be updated, change how they work or be discontinued; when a paid module is discontinued, you keep access to the latest version your licence covers.

The software, the modules, the Realms Store and Realms Modularity brands, the website and its content belong to their owners and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you beyond the licence to use described above.

If you believe something in the store or on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property, contact support saying what it is, where it is and why it infringes your rights. We review every notice and remove the content where appropriate.

When you post a review, a bug report or other content, you confirm you have the right to it and allow us to display it on the platform. We may remove offensive, false, misleading or off-topic content.

We may suspend or close accounts and revoke licences for breaches of these terms, fraud, wrongful chargebacks or use that puts the platform or others at risk. Whenever possible, we will warn you first and explain why.

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask for your data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Modules are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or problems caused by your hosting, by third-party services or by Discord.

Where we are liable, and to the extent the law allows such a limit, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved in the 12 months before the event.

• In Brazil: nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Defence Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
• In the United States: nothing in these terms limits rights under federal or state laws that cannot be waived by contract. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those states, they apply only to the extent permitted.
• In other countries: nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law of your country of residence does not allow to be waived; the limitations above apply only to the extent that law permits.

The platform relies on Discord and on payment partners. Using those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for outages, changes or decisions within their control.

How we handle your data — in the store, in purchases, in your server list and in licence verification — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Data your bot processes in your own servers is your responsibility.

Which law applies to a matter may depend on where you are and on the nature of the matter. In every case, consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain in effect.

• Customers in Brazil: these terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and consumers may bring claims in the courts of their place of residence.
• Customers in the United States: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law, without prejudice to your state's consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
• Customers in other countries: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law, to the extent the law of your country of residence allows that choice. The mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply, including the right to go to the courts where you live when that law grants it.

If this text and a translation differ, the Portuguese version prevails.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the store or on Discord. Completed purchases remain under the terms in force when they were made.
